Responder-set prices
1E2 does not force responders to undercut each other. Each organisation controls the prices it offers through the platform.
1E2 Back to 1E2Responder businesses set their own pricing in 1E2 before jobs arrive. Customers see the relevant initial responder price and 1E2 service fee before confirming the request.

The relevant initial responder price and the 1E2 service fee are shown before the customer authorises payment and requests the business.
Once a customer chooses an organisation, 1E2 does not silently swap them to another company or change the agreed initial price.
If additional work, parts or a return visit is needed, that should be communicated and approved separately rather than being hidden inside the original attendance price.
Urgent situations are stressful enough without ringing several businesses just to understand the likely initial cost. 1E2 lets the customer compare suitable businesses that are actually available with the important commercial information visible before requesting one.
If additional work, parts or a return visit is needed later, it is presented separately for customer approval rather than silently added to the original attendance price.
