What “1E2 Verified” means.
A verified badge is only shown for responder businesses that have completed the required 1E2 checks and are approved to receive customer requests.
Business checked
We review the organisation or trading identity and the core contact information supplied to 1E2.
Insurance reviewed
Insurance is reviewed where it is applicable to the services offered. Where a check is not applicable, 1E2 records that explicitly rather than implying a document exists.
Qualifications reviewed
Trade qualifications or regulated credentials are reviewed where they are relevant or legally required for the service being offered.
Verification does not stop at the company.
Field responders must also have an approved responder profile and a verified mobile number before they can be treated as an available responder in 1E2 matching.
Verification is a trust check, not a guarantee that every job will be fault-free. Customer ratings, job records and operational controls provide additional accountability after work begins.
